Jeff Cohen and his team at Canada & Klein, Ltd. did an outstanding job on our first floor remodeling. They were very attentive to our scheduling needs (enduring interruptions from our end with understanding and patience) and proactive in identifying creative and innovative solutions to the host of typical (and atypical) issues that arose over the course of the project. We were especially pleased with the seamless integration between Jeff and C&K and our architect Allan J. Grant. I hired Jeff Cohen to construct a substantial (approx. 2,300 sq.ft.), complex addition/renovation to my home on the North Shore. I chose Jeff for the project after a long bidding process with two other experienced contractors. So I am confident that his pricing was fair. It was important to the value of my property that the addition match the existing structure. Jeff executed the architect's plans perfectly. The addition looks like it was always part of the original structure. Due to the complexity of the project there were numerous changes to our original contract. We were able to resolve all the changes to our contract in an amicable manner. Jeff's subcontractors performed their work in a timely and professional manner. The bottom line, is that I would recommend Jeff to anyone that has anything from a small renovation project to a complex addition.

We have used Canada & Klein to completely 'gut' and renovate two existing bathrooms and the kitchen in our 85-year-old home. The owners, Jeff Cohen, oversee each project with a 'hands-on' attention we feel is exceptional. Jeff helped us in the initial stages to design what became our successfully finished projects. From then on, he was there every step of the way, overseeing all aspects of the job as well as assisting us with the many choices a project like this entails. We purchased our newly constructed, family home from Jeff Cohen in May 2008. Coming from Australia in March, we had no input into the home's design or construction. To date we have made no changes to the home's design or functionality. Before our building warranty expired, a third party building report found zero defects. We have no hesitations recommending Canada & Klein, a quality builder.
